She is very efficient and hard working and although as I understand your clientele market (students) may be different to mine, whenever I have a tenant about to terminate their contract she always seems to be able to get someone else lined up for an immediate replacement. Probably the main thing I really do appreciate is her vetting process from which she appears to find some damn good tenants (touch wood) and at present I have several long term residents.
